Refer a young carer

Having built on over a decade of close partnership working with existing Care giver organisations, we have developed specialist support for young carers. We focus on personal development and long term transition, as well as future independence and career planing support which often care giving organisations are not able to provide.

By working in partnership with professional we can collaborate and identify those young people most in need of this support and on occasion who are ready for a referral to a new dedicated transition service.

We have a particular focus on developing partnership projects with the support organisations. The letter on the right hand side of this section relates to a previous multi-year partnership with Family Action Tower Hamlets which was a very successful partnership and has led us to collaborate with Family Action branches in other boroughs across London. We have used this model with other organisations that identify young careers including Re-Think Mental Health and The Children's Society.
